the problem is the database..
if you have windows 7 installed,
then the source should be:
C:\Users\ USERNAME \AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Massive
in there is a file called NIMassiveDataBase
i have the same problem but now i know its this file i delete it after 2/3 days.
lets hope this is ur problem too :)
